30% of the Children

Thirty percent of the boys and girls cared for and educated by The GOD'S CHILD Project are orphaned, abandoned, or otherwise hurt children who can no longer live with their natural families.

These children have lived on the streets for periods ranging from a day up to several months. Most have been victimized through sexual/physical/emotional abuse while some have been involved in juvenile prostitution. A few were incarcerated in juvenile detention centers after being orphaned from their one remaining parent although they committed no crime.
